New collection of men's scarves at Ties4him.co.uk
The days are getting shorter and colder, so an extra warm scarf is more than welcome in the coming period. Therefore, we have expanded our collection of men's scarves with warm winter scarves from Profuomo.
Luxury men's scarves from Profuomo
The collection of men's scarves has been supplemented with four beautiful men's scarves in different colours. All luxury men's scarves from Profuomo are made of 100% lambswool which wears wonderfully warm and has a rich look. The lambswool in these scarves ensures that the scarf can be draped around the neck with appropriate volume.
Men’s scarves in trendy colours
For years, checked or chequered scarves have been a trend in menswear. Every year we naturally see trend colours. The new collection of men's scarves also has beautiful rich colour combinations that you can combine well with this season's trends in winter 2022 and 2023. To complete your look, combine this wonderfully soft scarf with a ditto beanie in a matching colour.
Lambswool scarves
Lambswool or wool in general has some super nice advantages. For instance, wool naturally has lanolin, or wool fat. For this reason, the yarn of lambswool scarves attracts little to no dirt and can therefore be called self-cleaning. Because of the wool fat, it is also not a nice habitat for house dust mites and therefore wool scarves are highly recommended for people with such allergies. Besides being a fine material for your health, lambswool is also a sustainable material. Wool is seen as a renewable resource because the sheep is constantly getting a new coat. Moreover, wool is 100% recyclable.
Washing lambswool scarves
Lambswool scarves can certainly be washed. The advice is to do this in the washing machine but not hotter than 30 degrees and with a mild detergent. Cold washing is strongly discouraged because then the wool fibres "shock" as it were. Then the fibres shrink and so does the scarf. The lambswool scarf then loses its wonderfully soft quality.
With a hotter wash programme, above 30 degrees, the scarf will also shrink. To be sure, always check the washing label on garments to make sure you follow its advice.
