Delivery time takes 2-3 working days or shorter if you choose for a specific shipping company (orders placed after 16.00 hour will be send the next working day). Most articles are wrapped to fit into your mailbox; therefore, you don't need to be home for delivery.

Yes, you can fill out a different delivery address. It is possible to order a gift package for an article at a price of £ 2,00.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase. To keep the price as low as possible for everyone, postage must be paid by the sender. Most items can be sent back in an envelope that fits through the letterbox, this way sending items is less expensive. Please fill out our return & exchange form and enclose this form along with your merchandise in a securely sealed package. We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the order, within 7 days. If you wish to exchange your item, we will send you your new item within 1 day.
